Appointments at Express Service are recommended but not required. With an appointment, we can ensure that our staff is ready to meet your needs right away. That said, it is our goal to serve everyone so just like the best restaurant in town; we are going to do everything we can to give every customer top-notch and fast service!

Thank you for choosing Carter Subaru in Shoreline for your service needs! We are growing and have made many positive changes to our department. Here is what you can expect with your visit:

Our service department has two different buildings; the Main Shop, which is in the same building as the showroom, and Express Service which is the building just south of the showroom. You can get all of your needs met at either facility! Walk-in oil changes are available at Express Service and you can schedule any kind of service at either place. When you schedule, your appointment will be with a specific service advisor. This specialist will see you and your car through the process and help you with everything you need. Parking: We have grown too big for our space (thanks to our fantastic customers!) Luckily we are in the process of building a new parking lot next to our Express Service Center. Watch as construction takes place starting in December 2013. Our new parking lot, complete with permeable concrete and energy-saving lighting will be ready for you by the spring of 2014! If you are a regular customer, you have undoubtedly used our “back alley” driveway exiting onto 175th . The Carter Family has purchased this piece of property as well and construction will soon be underway there as well.
